“Terrible customer service!!! Called multiple times to place an order for 75 seniors. Finally got a call back from the owner and placed my order. Nobody showed up with the ices. When I called to find out where they were, it took over a half hour to get a call back and then the response was they didn’t see I confirmed the order. And they never called me to inquire. Seems like they are not interested in doing business.”

“I ordered a Reese’s peanut butter mudslide and the person who took my order forgot to put Reese’s. When I asked them to add it, they returned a melted cup and refused to remake my order. The person who took my order was extremely rude, and demanded I pay to get a new one saying I had eaten some of it. She was also insulting me by saying “I’m getting upset over ice cream,” and called to the next person in line completely disregarding me. For reference the cup was full when I gave it to her, I had taken one bite which was when I realized it had no Reese’s. I had to throw it out at that point and lose my money, even thought I had only taken one bite. I will never be returning here! Horrible customer service!”

“Been to this Rita’s multiple times this time Got my order messed when asked to be fix I was only met with an immature teenage like attitude. Horrible customer service, Never going back to this place wouldn’t recommend to any one. And with the way you guys answered just further proves my point assuming I harassed staff when I didn’t. Clearly I wasn’t the only person who’s order was messed up, a shame to know this happens often. Try and do better have a great day.”
